Tampa Brass Ribbon Cutting - New Expansion and 10 pallet Machining Center
On May 6, 2009 Tampa Brass held a ribbon cutting ceremony opening their new 8,500 square foot expansion and 10 pallet pool Mori Seiki Horizontal Machining Center. The event was attended well with customers, suppliers, employees and friends. Lunch was hosted by Espo’s catering.
John Harris, VP of Contracts and Supply Chain for Raytheon and Dan Smith, Raytheon IDS President were the special guest speakers. Raytheon has been a very important partner with Tampa Brass and that partnership is what has catapulted this growth. Tampa Brass is manufacturing parts for Patriot, Zumwalt, Minedection, M1A and Bradley’s, and other important programs for our valued customers.
